This seven-hour course prepares people responsible for operating and/or managing pools or spas in South Carolina to sit for the South Carolina Swimming Pool and Spa Exam. Topics include: South Carolina rules and regulations, legal requirements, water chemistry, filtration and circulation disinfection techniques, water testing, troubleshooting, problem prevention and safety. Each student will receive a current copy of the R61-51 Regulations and Permitting Guide from DHEC.
