The Charleston Apartment Association is offering the opportunity  to enhance professional growth, knowledge and skills by offering the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) course.  CAM training provides the vital tools needed for efficient community and staff management in an array of areas including legal responsibilities, HR,  fair housing, maintenance, risk management, community analysis, financing and marketing.   

October 16, 17, 23 and 24  

9am - 5pm 

Lunch is provided.  Attendees are required to attend all four (4) days of the course to garner the CAM distinction.
