 2015 CAA Opportunities to Keep in Mind When Budgeting for the New Year 

 

Yearly Dues (pricing remains the same)

Properties:

Small: Annual dues: 1-74 units. $1.10 per unit ($65 minimum and covers CAA, SCAA & NAA dues) + $30.00 (NAA annual membership fee) + Optional: $10 donation to Charleston Cares & NAA Better Government Fund.

Large: 75 units and above. Annual dues: $2.10 per unit (covers CAA, SCAA & NAA dues) + $30.00 (NAA annual membership fee) + Optional: $10 donation to Charleston Cares & NAA Better Government Fund.

Vendors:         Annual dues: $350 + Optional: $10 donation to Charleston Cares & NAA Better Government Fund.    

Meetings/Special Events 

Dinner meetings are $35/person (6 per year) 

February - SC Legislative Day at the Statehouse is $35/person 

March - Diamond Awards are $55/person.

April - Maintenance Mania is $25/participant, $35/spectator

May - Trade Show is $20/spectator (properties only) 

July - Family Fun Day $30/adult, $10/child 

December - Oyster Roast is $40/person    

Sponsorship Opportunities

Dinner meeting (6 per year) vendor spotlight is $250   

Spring:

March - Diamond Awards sponsorships range from $100 - $500

April - Maintenance Mania sponsorships range from $100 - $500

May - Trade Show sponsorships range from $350 - $600

Fall:

October - Golf Tournament sponsorships range from $100 - $2000

Education Courses

Education Courses will be held throughout the year varying in price.  Look for NALP and CAM to be offered in 2015 as well.
