CAPS course survey

 CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) Course  

 

The CAA is looking into offering a CAPS class and wants to gauge member interest.  Below is more information on the course that will potentially be offered.  If it interests you please email info@charlestonapartmentassociation.com by this Friday, April 17

.  *Note you will not be registered for the class by responding.  We simply want to get a feel for how many people may be interested.*

The class will meet one day a month for 5 months starting May 22 at a price of $1,375 per person.

The Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) course includes:

•    Legal Responsibilities and Risk Management
•    Financial Management
•    Property Performance Management
•    Property Evaluation and Due Diligence
•    Effective Leadership

CAPS Prerequisites:

CAPS Candidates must have:

•    worked as a multi-site supervisor for 24 months or be a CAM, ARM or RAM designate in good standing with 24 months of management experience;
•    successfully complete the five courses listed below (which total 40 hours); and
•    meet all examination requirements, within 24 months of declaring candidacy for CAPS.
