Maintenance Mania is the opportunity for apartment maintenance technicians to compete against each other in various skill-based games focused on frequent maintenance issues.  We welcome spectators and competitors to join us for a night of friendly competition, food and friends.    

$1,300 in Cash Prizes will be awarded!

Each event:   1st Place Winner Receives:       $75

                        2nd Place Winner Receives:     $50

                        3rd Place Winner Receives:      $25

                        Overall Winner:Receives an additional $100

Competitors are welcome to pick up the rules & regulations information and wheels for the cars Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm at BELFOR Property Restoration as soon as they register.  

Event Schedule 

Judges training: 3:30 p.m.

Car check-in opens: 4:30 p.m.

Practice time: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Dinner/Competition begins: 5:30 p.m.

Townhouse Village Fire Friendly Reminder

Friendly Reminder 

Our hearts and thoughts go out to our friends at Townhouse Village in light of the recent fire.  We've gotten a few donations for the displaced families and want to continue to rally for more with your help.   

The following items have been requested:  bedding for full-size mattresses including sheets, blankets and pillows, as well as, towels, washcloths, shower curtains, paper towels, toilet paper, silverware, utensils, glassware, toiletries including shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc.  Cash gift cards are welcome too.   Please contact Cathy Hontz, chontz@apartmentguide.com, to donate.  Items may also be dropped off at Nirenblatt and Hoffman, 1660 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29407 during regular business hours.

Spring is in the air which means the Diamond Awards are right around the corner!  The annual awards ceremony will take place the evening of March 22 at the Francis Marion Hotel.  We freshened things up a bit this year by offering an array of different sponsorship opportunities with examples ranging from individual award category sponsorships, to a photo booth and new this year is the ability to sponsor tables.  Click here to peruse the sponsorships offered.  Friendly reminder:  the sponsorship sign-up deadline is this Thursday, March 7th.
