Education Opportunity with Patrick Morin -
The Art of Disruption: Systematically out-innovating, outpacing and out-leasing your competition

In today's tough economic environment, creating and maintaining an effective competitive stance is critical. "Disruptors" of markets fundamentally change the way the market perceives and leases their properties - and as a result outpace their competition. This requires not only assembling the best possible talent, but also making sure that each is consistently taking profitable action. This upbeat, high energy, humorous session will leave attendees with practical, powerful ideas to bring innovation and inspiration to any class apartment community. All will take away specific strategies that are immediately implementable and clearly relevant to their roles as property managers, leasing personnel, service team members, multifamily executives or vendors that serve these constituencies.

Attendees will learn how to:
* Create a culture of accountability, responsibility and learning that yields a more competitive position
* Drive the innovation process throughout the organization
* Generate in team members the self-confidence required to take consistent profitable action
* Streamline strategies to bring all parts of the organization into alignment
